Frequently asked questions about Constancy Wealth
As a Brisbane financial planner with a long career ahead of me I am able to deliver ethical advice, personalised service and long term relationships without high overheads. This entitles more people to the sort of advice they deserve but may not have expected to receive.
We have an office inside the Corporate House building at 747 Lytton Road Murarrie
We prefer to hold our meetings at our office and can come to you if you live within a 30 minutes’ drive from the city.
Yes, because we know everybody is busy we offer consultations outside of normal working hours by appointment.
The advice costs depend on the level of complexity and how much work is involved. The more areas of advice we provide the less we have to charge to remain a sustainable business. For areas of advice where we are not renumerated by commission our advice fees start at $3,300 including GST.
Our fee structure is based on advice packages rather than an hourly rate. A full fee schedule can be found on our Financial Services & Credit Guide.
We provide value to people at all different life stages. These include those 30 – 44 looking to learn how to get started, protect their income and grow wealth, 45 – 55 looking to own their dream home, pay off debt and protect the family, 56 – 66 needing to build their retirement savings quickly and reduce insurance costs as well as 67+ looking to maximise their Centrelink and prolong the life of their retirement savings.
It is preferred to bring everyone involved in the decision making process and ID to your first meeting. It is also preferred if you bring the latest financial statements of areas you may wish to discuss such as mortgage, super or insurance statements.

As a business we are not restricted to AMP products. We compare your existing products against those on our approved product and service list to make sure our advice is in your best interest.

Constancy Wealth is not part of the investigation nor affected by it.
Frequently asked product and investment questions
Depending on your risk profile and investment objectives I recommend investments in Cash, Bonds, Property and Shares.
When invested your funds are held in trust structures. With all investing there will be some level of risk. We do what we can to reduce risks using advice strategies and diversification of your investments.
Super is strictly regulated to protect client interests. The way super money is held and invested is carefully controlled and there are checks and balances at every stage. The trustee of the super fund is responsible for operating a super fund and has a fiduciary duty to manage the super fund strictly for the benefit of members (above the interests of shareholders).
As a financial advisor my focus is on the constants such as tax optimisation strategies, investment strategies, contribution strategies, draw down strategies, estate planning strategies, cost minimisation and ongoing reporting. I am not an investment broker and do not manage the individual buying and selling of assets. I do provide investment projections based on conservative assumptions which are disclosed in advice documents.
